Founder & CEO, Clinical Operations, EVEXIAS Medical Centers PLLC

Terri DeNeui is a speaker, coach and board certified nurse practitioner with extensive training in her field. She founded EVEXIAS Medical Centers (formerly known as Hormonal Health and Wellness) in 2008 after becoming disenchanted with the traditional sick care approach of Western medicine.

At EVEXIAS Medical, Terri’s goal is to help patients enhance their inner and outer beauty through wellness initiatives – primarily natural hormone restoration and balance, as well as nutrition for the spirit, soul and body. Terri believes knowledge is a vital component for patients as they strive to limit the effects of aging.

Prior to launching her first wellness center, Terri earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Texas Women’s University in 2003. She then spent nearly 15 years in nursing, initially serving as a registered nurse and nurse manager specializing in labor and delivery at Methodist Dallas.

Terri went on to earn her Masters of Science in Nursing and certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) from University of Texas Arlington. She specialized in acute and emergency care medicine with Physicians Emergency Care Associates, Methodist Health System, and EmCare. She is currently working on her Doctorate in Nurse Practitioner Degree (DNP) at UTA.

In addition, Terri has extended her education to include certifications in anti-aging/wellness medicine and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. Most recently, she received certifications to teach partnership guru Alison Armstrong’s work in the areas of gender communication, partnership and emotional healing.

Terri’s passion for healing, wellness and educating has evolved into a passion for speaking, earning her accolades in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and nationwide. Along with training hundreds of practitioners in bio-identical hormone replacement pellet therapy, Terri has been invited to speak and share her knowledge in a variety of forums. These include television, radio, magazines and seminars across the country.
